Where to stay in Kaliningrad: areas and apartments

All our apartments are in the centre of Kaliningrad or close to it. Which area suits you best depends on the purpose of your trip: strolling around the historic centre, arriving by train, staying in a quiet green district or travelling with a large group.

The centre and Fish Village — if you come to see the city
Kant Island, the Cathedral and Fish Village are a 10–15 minute walk away. Restaurants, museums, embankments and bus stops are close by.
• Oktyabrskaya St., 57 — a two-room apartment, the closest to Fish Village and the embankment.
• Leninsky Prospekt, 46 — a one-room apartment with a balcony on the main street of the city, next to the World Ocean Museum.
• Saltykova-Shchedrina St., 1 — a two-room apartment by the Plaza mall.
• Bolnichnaya St., 11 — a two-room apartment, a courtyard with parking.

Near the South Station — if you arrive by train or bus
No need to cross the city with your luggage, and you can walk to the centre.
• Elblongskaya St., 21 — a two-room apartment for up to 6 guests, a few minutes from the station.
• Leninsky Prospekt, 46 — about 900 m to the station.

Upper Lake — quiet, green and close to the train to the sea
Yunost Park, the Botanical Garden, the Amber Museum and the North Station, where trains to the sea depart, are nearby. You can walk to the centre.
• Kuibysheva St., 2 — a one-room apartment in a new building by Vasilevsky Square.
• Zemelnaya St., 12 — a two-room apartment, 70 m², up to 6 guests, with Yunost Park behind the building.
• Gorky St., 98 — a two-room apartment, 70 m², with a balcony and a city view.
