1. General Provisions
1.1. This policy sets out how sole proprietor (individual entrepreneur) Olga Nikolaevna Dedyueva (INN (Taxpayer Identification Number) 390610335204, OGRNIP (Primary State Registration Number of an Individual Entrepreneur) 322390000010033; hereinafter the “Operator”) processes the personal data of visitors to the website https://www.kstyle39.ru (hereinafter the “Website”) and of guests who book apartments for daily rent in Kaliningrad.
1.2. The policy has been drawn up in accordance with Federal Law of 27.07.2006 No. 152-FZ “O personalnykh dannykh” (On Personal Data).
1.3. By using the Website, making a booking or contacting the Operator, you confirm that you have read this policy. For the processing of data in connection with a booking, the Operator requests separate consent (the page “Consent to Personal Data Processing”).
2. What Data We Process
2.1. When booking and contacting the Operator: surname and first name, telephone number, e-mail address, check-in and check-out dates, number of guests, and the information that you provide in a message or during a call. The Operator requests passport details only at check-in and uses them solely to formalise the accommodation.
2.2. When visiting the Website (automatically): cookies, data on actions on pages, type of device and browser, IP address. This data is collected by the Yandex Metrica service (more details in section 7).
2.3. The Operator does not receive or store bank card payment details: online payment is processed on the side of the payment service.
3. Purposes of Processing
3.1. Accepting and confirming bookings, communicating with the guest on matters relating to the stay.
3.2. Concluding and performing the rental agreement for residential premises, returning the deposit and prepayment.
3.3. Keeping records and complying with the requirements of the law (tax and accounting records).
3.4. Improving the operation of the Website: analysing traffic and the usability of pages.
4. Grounds for Processing
The consent of the personal data subject; performance of a contract to which the subject is a party; compliance with the requirements of the law.
5. How We Process Data
5.1. Actions with data: collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification, use, transfer (in the cases set out in section 6), deletion, destruction. Processing is mixed — with and without the use of automation tools.
5.2. The data of citizens of Russia is stored on servers located in the Russian Federation.
5.3. The Operator takes legal, organisational and technical measures of protection: restricts access to the data, stores it in protected services with password protection, and does not pass it to third parties.
6. To Whom We Transfer Data
6.1. To the RealtyCalendar booking service (realtycalendar.ru) — for accepting and recording bookings and for online payment of the prepayment.
6.2. To the Yandex Metrica service (OOO “Yandex”) — depersonalised data on visits to the Website.
6.3. To messengers (Telegram, WhatsApp, MAX), if you yourself write to the Operator through them — on the terms of those services.
6.4. To state authorities — at their lawful request.
6.5. The Operator does not transfer or sell the data to any other persons.
7. Cookies and Analytics
7.1. The Website uses Yandex Metrica, including the recording of actions on pages (Webvisor). Cookies are set for it to work.
7.2. On your first visit you can accept the use of cookies or decline. Declining does not prevent you from using the Website and making bookings. Cookies can also be disabled in your browser settings.
8. Retention Periods
8.1. The guest’s data is stored until the purposes of processing are achieved and for a further 3 years after the end of the stay (the limitation period for claims), after which it is deleted or depersonalised, unless the law requires it to be stored for longer (for example, documents for accounting purposes — for at least 5 years).
8.2. Metrica data is stored in accordance with Yandex’s policy.
9. Your Rights
9.1. You have the right to obtain information on what data of yours we process; to demand that it be clarified, blocked or deleted; and to withdraw your consent to processing.
9.2. To do so, write to Dedyuevaolga@gmail.com or call +7 952 051-72-91. We will reply within 10 working days.
9.3. If you believe that your rights have been violated, you may apply to the Federal Service for Supervision of Communications, Information Technology and Mass Media (Roskomnadzor, rkn.gov.ru) or to a court.
10. Changes to the Policy
The Operator may amend the policy. The new version takes effect from the moment it is published on the Website at https://www.kstyle39.ru/privacy.
