Consent to Personal Data Processing

I, acting freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give sole proprietor (individual entrepreneur) Olga Nikolaevna Dedyueva (INN (Taxpayer Identification Number) 390610335204, OGRNIP (Primary State Registration Number of an Individual Entrepreneur) 322390000010033, tel. +7 952 051-72-91, Dedyuevaolga@gmail.com; hereinafter the “Operator”) my consent to the processing of my personal data on the following terms.
1. Purpose of processing: booking an apartment for daily rent, contacting me on matters relating to the booking and the stay, concluding and performing the rental agreement, returning the deposit and prepayment.
2. Data covered: surname and first name, telephone number, e-mail address, check-in and check-out dates, number of guests, as well as other information that I provide to the Operator when booking.
3. Actions with the data: collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification, use, transfer to the persons named in clause 4, deletion, destruction — with and without the use of automation tools.
4. To whom the data is transferred: to the RealtyCalendar booking service (for accepting bookings and online payment). The data is not transferred to any other persons, except where the law so requires. The data is stored on servers in the Russian Federation.
5. Term of the consent: until the end of the stay and for 3 years after it (after which the data is deleted or depersonalised, unless the law requires it to be stored for longer).
6. Withdrawal of consent: I may withdraw my consent at any time by writing to Dedyuevaolga@gmail.com or by telling the Operator by phone at +7 952 051-72-91. After withdrawal, the Operator will stop processing and delete the data within 10 working days, except for data that it is required by law to retain.
7. The details of the processing are set out in the Personal Data Processing Policy.
This consent is given separately from the booking terms and the rules of stay and is not a part of them.
